Over the last two months we have been holding two Schools of Healing, one of which, at Hillside Community Church, Auckland, ran over seven Sunday nights, a great new formula, as we really got to know their wonderful people. One evening Matt came for ministry for scoliosis. We laid our hands on his back and after a couple of minutes we watched him grow about 50mm in front of our eyes! ‘Did you just grow two inches?’ I asked. He nodded, ‘They said I’d be two inches taller if my back was healed.’ He certainly was! Feeling his spine, he exclaimed, ‘Far out!’ and called his friends to feel his new back! He then tried sitting, which had always caused pain, and lounged comfortably pain-free. We have seen him two Sundays since, and he remains healed.
A few weeks ago, a friend brought her parents for lunch. Her father had a serious heart condition, and was unable to walk any distance, and had to rest every afternoon. We prayed for him, and he said he felt better. The next day he walked 4km, and no longer needed nana-naps! Two weeks later an angiogram showed that his heart was totally normal. Praise God!
Among other miracles, we have also seen many set free from demons, a ministry that is always rewarding. After a short deliverance session, one girl testified that she was no longer grumpy around home! Another with more serious issues was transformed.
Nepal news
Our next trip in November is beginning to take shape, and there will be an opportunity for many to hear all about our Nepal Ministry live, as Bron & I are going to UK in September, and Italy in October! Details on the Events page. John will also be preaching in UK in September.

A 3rd edition of our School of Healing Manual is being printed right now in Kathmandu. With our new Training of Teachers strategy, we believe we could see hundreds trained, and thousands of Schools of Healing throughout Nepal! It is so vital that the worldwide church picks up her mandate to heal.
Meanwhile we have also purchased licenses to translate and print other books in Nepali that we feel will be of great value especially to the pastors, for whom good Christian literature is rare and precious.

Puran’s Progress
Puran’s building plans have been going apace. As we reported last time, he has leased a piece of land near his home to build a community centre, that they will be able to use as a church, as well as renting out for local activities, weddings, etc. There is nothing like it in the area. They have done amazing things in a short space of time, but are coming to the end of their resources.
